That means, Twitter currently serving illegal account like @ Heil_Hitler_88 that should be promptly removed. Twitter itself may be dragged into court to explain why they do not automatically filter and block @ Heil_Hitler_88 content. While everybody knows that Nazi was a sensitive issue.
