Samsung S8500 Wave is very popular at the Mobile World Congress 2010 as the first handset-based OS Bada. But it turned out Samsung Wave also provide more other attractive features.

Samsung S8500 Wave is a small mobile phone completed with 800x480 pixels resolution touch screen 3.3-inch AMOLED Super. This phone is intended as a social hub to keep in touch with your friends.

Samsung S8500 Wave cell phone has long been known as the first handset to carry the newest 3.0 new TouchWiz user interface. This handset is the first mobile device that supports Bluetooth 3.0 ND and offers 802.11n connectivity.

But Samsung S8500 Wave features are not the only factor that can be proud of. Samsung reveals that Wave is the first mobile phone in the world which is has certified by DivX.

Samsung also announced that the Galaxy i9000 will also immediately have DivX certified.

In addition to 720p video plays, Wave is also able to record video in 720p resolution. However, it was not the first phone that able to work with 720p, Omnia HD S60 based also provides the same features.

Meanwhile HD video recording will also installed on other cell phone like Sony Ericsson Vivaz and Samsung i9000.
